Hillside at Figtree is a premier residential aged care facility servicing the Illawarra through the provision of Extra Service Status residential care.
Following the commissioning of our new building there was a requirement to upgrade IT equipment to improve data security and to facilitate remote accessibility for persons requiring access to key financial and operational data held at the facility.
Rodin provided valuable assistance in the selection of appropriate IT, the design of systems security, implementation of data storage and back-up and the migration of web hosting and email networks onto the new server as well as the replacement of some existing PC’s and the uploading of critical programs.
The new system was pre-loaded by Rodin and installed on the last day of the financial year without significant disruption with professional IT personnel being available to ensure a smooth transition.
Our system now operates under a formalized service and maintenance agreement and we appreciate the availability of the 24hr help desk in the resolution of any problems which arise.
