We do this by utilising some software to monitor your fleet of print devices. This software alerts RODIN when a toner level reaches a predefined limit (Usually at 20% remaining) and we arrange for a new toner to be shipped direct to your site, at the same time we alert you that the new toner is on its way and keep watch to make sure that it is delivered.
Most people are often wondering at this point how much a service like this costs, and that's the great part about it, we offer this service for free. There is no monthly fee, there is no extra charge per toner, nothing. The only item you will ever be invoiced for is the toners that are supplied.
Even better to this, there is no contract term or obligation to continue to use our consumables supply service for a defined amount of time. You are free to request it be terminated at any point in time.
