Servicing Centre

RODIN operates the largest IT servicing centre in the Illawarra region. Our in house workshop facility has capacity for up to one hundred notebook, fifty desktop and thirty printer repair jobs concurrently.

We utilise strict static electricity control throughout our workshop, and have procedures for accurate and timely management of parts.

These facilities make us one of the largest IT repair and service providers in the region, and we possess a wide range of qualifications and experience amongst our technical staff allowing us to offer an impressive array of repair services.

We currently service and repair the following types of equipment:

  • Laser printers, including mono an colour models from entry level to high end.
  • Inkjet and bubblejet printers, including mono and colour models.
  • Dot matrix printers, including docket/receipt printers and printers that are embedded (ATM, cash register and similar devices).
  • Thermal and transfer printers, including barcode and label printers.
  • Copiers and multifunction devices, including servicing of scanner and facsimile facilities.
  • All brands and models of desktop and notebook computer systems, with particular experience in Hewlett Packard, IBM and NEC systems.
  • Service and repairs to server systems, including Intel and AMD based systems from Hewlett Packard, IBM, NEC, Dell and others.

We provide both warranty and non-warranty service direct to our customers, and acting as the agent of various manufactuers and other service providers.
