Customer Service & Sales

If you enjoy working with people, in a friendly team environment, then you may be the person we are seeking to provide customer service and assistance to our clients..

As part of the role you will need to:

  • Assist customers by phone and in person with their service enquiries.
  • Provide quotations to customers for essential IT requirements.
  • Process orders and coordinate supply of goods to customers.
  • Update internal systems with service and sales job status.
  • You will be able to demonstrate past proven experience in a customer service/ sales role. You will need proven excellent communication skills, be well presented and of course reliable and have the capacity to work within a small team.

    An attractive salary package reflecting your skills and experience and effort is being offered, with the option for a packaged vehicle.
